Onboarding: You will receive instantly our Requirement Gathering Form via email mentioned on your order

Instant Delivery: Based on the form submission, our system triggers an automated email containing the Zapier Workflow Template Link (JSON) and a setup guide.

Following up: Our 24/7 customer support handles your requests for any modifications.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary by service type. Typically, digital delivery is completed within 24h after payment confirmation unless otherwise specified in your order.

*Automatic Order Reversal: If technical requirements through our google form are not provided within this timeframe, our system identifies the project as “Incomplete.” To ensure no customer is billed for uninitiated work, the transaction will be automatically voided and refunded in full.
